Get it done by April 5: The Red Cross will pay Ukrainians 40,000 Hryvnias - how to receive it.


UNHCR reports via Telegram that Ukrainians can receive financial assistance of 40,000 Hryvnias by April 5. This information is confirmed by the Ukrainian Red Cross and the Swedish Red Cross.
A new financial aid program has been launched for residents of the Krolevets City Territorial Community in the Sumy region, who have been affected by military actions. They are provided with the opportunity to receive 40,000 Hryvnias to open or restore their business.
Applications for participation in the program can be submitted in Krolevets and three starostin districts: Obtovskyi, Reutynskyi, and Hruzhianskyi.
The main applicant must be a capable individual aged 18 to 65. Households belonging to one or more vulnerable categories may participate in the program. Preference will be given to families belonging to several vulnerable categories.
To participate in the program, it is necessary to fill out the application by April 5 and prepare a business plan and necessary documents by May 5.

- Financial assistance of 40,000 Hryvnias
- The potential applicant must be a capable individual aged 18 to 65
- The household must belong to one or several vulnerable categories:
- Families with elderly individuals (65+), persons with disabilities of I-II group, orphans
- Families with two or more minor children
- Capable pensioners or persons with disabilities
- Officially unemployed, registered with the Employment Center
- IDPs who have acquired ownership of housing in the community or have lived there for more than 6 months
- Single parents
- Demobilized after 24.02.2022
- Households with low income
