Ballistic strike on Kryvyi Rih
Russian troops have once again attacked Kryvyi Rih with a missile. At least 14 people have died in Kryvyi Rih, including six children. The number of injured is constantly increasing.
As a result of the enemy attack, fires have broken out in the city, including a burning car and garages. High-rise buildings have been damaged.
According to President Volodymyr Zelensky, a rescue operation is ongoing in the city following the Russian ballistic missile strike. At least five houses have been damaged.
Terrorist attack in Dnipro
This morning, a car exploded in Dnipro. As a result of the explosion, the head of the Left Bank administration, Yuriy Fedko, and his wife were injured.
It turned out that Fedko died in the hospital during medical treatment.
The police have classified the incident as a terrorist act, and a criminal investigation has been initiated. Law enforcement is considering three versions: a contract killing ordered by Russian special services with the aim of destabilizing the situation in the country, the victim's hostile relationship with a possible perpetrator, and professional activity.

China has filed a complaint with the World Trade Organization's dispute resolution mechanism after the United States announced tariffs on all trade partners.
A spokesperson for China's Ministry of Commerce stated that the United States is violating WTO rules and harming the multilateral trading system and the international economic order. He also described the US actions as a unilateral practice of intimidation that threatens the stability of the global economic and trading order.
The government has changed the categories of students and teachers who will not be mobilized
The Ukrainian government has approved amendments to legislation that define additional categories of students and teachers eligible for deferral from mobilization.
According to the amendments, students of vocational schools and college students who enrolled no later than one year before reaching conscription age, university students who are obtaining education at a certain level for the first Time, doctoral candidates, interns, and residents who are studying at the appropriate level for the first time, are exempt from mobilization, as well as scientific, scientific-pedagogical, and pedagogical workers with a certain work experience.
Furthermore, those who, upon enrollment in an educational institution, had not reached the age of 25, are obtaining an educational level for the first time, and are studying in full-time or dual form, receive deferral from mobilization.
The project also provides for granting a deferral to extracurricular education teachers who lead clubs, if they were employed before the beginning of 2025.
Negotiations on the deployment of foreign military forces in Ukraine
Negotiations took place in Kyiv between representatives of Ukraine, France, and the United Kingdom regarding the deployment of foreign military contingents.
The negotiations were held at the level of military staff leaders. General Thierry Burkhardt led the French delegation, while Admiral Anthony Radakin represented the United Kingdom. They met with the Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi and Chief of Staff Andrii Hnatov.
