The Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that fresh data on the losses of Russian occupiers as of December 15, 2024, have become known.
Russia's losses in the war as of December 15, 2024
In the war with Ukraine, Russia has suffered the following losses as of December 15:
- 772440 (+1280) personnel,
- 9563 (+12) tanks,
- 19739 (+32) armored combat vehicles,
- 21154 (+26) artillery systems,
- 1259 (+3) Multiple Launch Rocket Systems,
- 1027 (+2) air defense systems,
- 369 (+0) aircraft,
- 329 (+0) helicopters,
- 20483 (+127) operational-tactical level UAVs,
- 2945 (+2) cruise missiles,
- 28 (+0) ships / boats,
- 1 (+0) submarine,
- 31579 (+181) vehicles and fuel tanks,
- 3652 (+4) special equipment.
Activity of the occupiers' fleet on December 15
- There are no enemy ships in the Black Sea.
- There are no enemy ships in the Sea of Azov.
- In the Mediterranean Sea, there are seven enemy ships, four of which are carriers of Kalibr cruise missiles and can launch up to 41 missiles.
For the day, in the interests of Russia, through the Kerch Strait passed:
- 0 vessels to the Black Sea,
- four vessels to the Sea of Azov, two of which were moving from the Bosporus Strait.
Russia continues to violate the International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea 1974 (SOLAS), disabling Automatic Identification Systems (AIS).
Currently, the full-scale war in Ukraine is in its 1026th day.
