The enemy struck an industrial facility in Sumy region (video).


On the night of May 1, Russian drones attacked the Sumy region. According to acting mayor Artem Kobzar, an attack on an industrial facility was recorded. Emergency services arrived at the scene after the attack.
Kobzar also reported that before the attack, eight explosions occurred in one of the ancient districts of the city, resulting in a fire.
It is worth noting that on the same day, a massive drone attack also took place in the city of Odesa. This was reported by the head of the Odesa regional state administration Oleg Kiper and the city's mayor Hennadii Trukhanov. The attack caused damage to houses, a school, a supermarket, and cars. Various parts of the city saw destruction of civilian infrastructure, and fires broke out, which were quickly extinguished by rescuers.
As a result of the attack, two people died, and five others were injured. Three of the injured have been hospitalized and are receiving the necessary medical assistance.
