The Military Commandant's Office Explained What Policy it Applies to Draft-Age Russians in Sudzha.

The press officer of the military commandant's office of the Kursk region of Russia stated that no draft-age Russians have been mobilized and are not going to be. He explained that almost all of these men plan to return to Russia, so there is no point in urging them to join the AFU. He also noted that the number of draft-age men is small, and they live in the houses where they lived before the arrival of the AFU.
He also talked about how the military, retreating, change clothes and pretend to be local residents. However, finding these people is quite simple, because the military commandant's office communicates with the local population and finds out who has appeared in a specific settlement.
The press officer explained that the military commandant's office does not specify the exact number of people in the occupied territory, only the number of settlements controlled by the AFU. This is done for the safety of people and in order to complicate the enemy's decision-making.
According to the new AFU strategy, they plan to quickly move and surround Russian troops in the territory of the Kursk region of the Russian Federation.
