Deferral from conscription: lawyer explained whether people with disabilities need to undergo the VLK.

The lawyer clarified the course of action for individuals with limited fitness and group 3 disability
Lawyer Dmytro Donchak explained whether it is necessary to undergo the VLK when there is a deferral from conscription due to group 3 disability. He clarified the course of action for individuals with limited fitness and group 3 disability when receiving a summons.
According to part 2 of article 23 of the law 'On mobilization training and mobilization', persons with disabilities are not subject to conscription for military service during mobilization. However, to avoid mobilization, it is necessary to obtain a deferral. For this, according to the CMU resolution 560, an application must be submitted along with a certificate from the MSEC or a certificate confirming disability, or a pension certificate, or a certificate confirming social assistance provision. The application should be prepared and submitted to the TCK. While the TCK commission is considering the application, the individual cannot be sent to the VVK or receive a summons for dispatch.
