'Ukrposhta' warned about fake messages: how to recognize scammers.


The Ukrainian Post warns about the spread of phishing messages that are sent on behalf of the company. They emphasize that the postal service delivers packages and does not ask to transfer money via SMS.
If you receive a suspicious message, do not click on links or open attached elements. The security service is already working to uncover the criminals and urges citizens to be cautious.
"We are already working on this and looking for the perpetrators, but we also urge you to be careful with information security," said Ukrposhta.
The official website of 'Ukrposhta' has the address ukrposhta.ua. All other resources with additional characters, dots, or errors in the name are considered potentially dangerous.
Ukrposhta also emphasizes that they do not send messages from unknown numbers. Customers are advised not to share their bank details and personal information with third parties, even if they appear to be representatives of the postal service.
We remind you that scammers are using a new method to access the accounts of Ukrainians via SMS.
