According to DIM.RIA analysts, Kyiv remains the most expensive city for renting housing in Ukraine. The average price for renting a one-room apartment in Kyiv is over 18 thousand hryvnias per month.
However, the rental price varies significantly depending on the district of the city. The highest prices are recorded in the Shevchenkivskyi district, where the average rental price for a one-room apartment is around 22.7 thousand hryvnias per month. Podilskyi (20.1 thousand) and Pecherskyi (21.8 thousand) districts are in second and third place. In budget districts such as Desnianskyi, the average rental price for a one-room apartment is around 12.8 thousand hryvnias per month.
In the Shevchenkivskyi district, the average rental price for a one-room apartment is around 22.7 thousand hryvnias per month.

Overall, the average rental price for one-room apartments in Kyiv is the highest in Ukraine and amounts to around 18,218 hryvnias per month. Volyn region is in second place with rent at 15,682 hryvnias per month. The third position is occupied by Lviv region with a rental price of 14,141 hryvnias.
The most affordable housing for rent can be found in Kherson region for 4,000 hryvnias per month, Sumy region - 4,333 hryvnias, and Kharkiv region - 5,138 hryvnias.
