Massive attack on Ternopil

On the night of June 6, Ternopil endured a massive combined attack - 'shahids' and 'Kalibrs' were launched simultaneously. This was reported by the city mayor, Serhiy Nadal, citing information from Glavkom.

Some were shot down by air defense forces. Unfortunately, we have a preliminary count of 11 hits from 'shahids' and three hits from cruise missiles. Fortunately, everyone is alive

Nine people were injured in the attack, including emergency service workers. Eight of them are in hospitals receiving treatment.

Other affected cities

Let’s remember that Russia conducted an attack on Ukrainian cities at night. As a result, four people died in Kyiv. Private houses and outbuildings in Bucha, Brovary, and Boryspil districts of Kyiv region were also damaged.

As a result of the enemy attack, industrial facilities and infrastructure in Ternopil were damaged, and part of the city was left without electricity. The specific low-frequency sound heard in the Berezovytsi area comes from gas that burned as a result of the enemy’s attack.
