A global failure occurred in ChatGPT: what is known.

Issues with access to OpenAI services
Users of OpenAI services, including ChatGPT, report difficulties with access and errors in operation. The company confirmed that this is related to issues with the provider's services.
According to data from the Downdetector service, access issues to ChatGPT are observed in the USA, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, and Finland.
OpenAI confirms that ChatGPT and other services are experiencing errors and states that this occurred due to problems with the provider, and the company is already working to resolve the issue.
Users also report issues with Microsoft and Xbox Live.
The future of artificial intelligence and copper shortage
OpenAI's CEO Sam Altman predicts that humanity will face the emergence of superintelligence in the next few thousand days.
However, according to the financial director of BHP Billiton, Vandita Pant, the development of artificial intelligence could lead to a copper shortage. She notes that currently data centers use less than 1% of copper, but by 2050 this figure could rise to 6-7%.
Furthermore, recent observations from users have shown that artificial intelligence, including ChatGPT, has started to demonstrate a decline in response quality and is becoming less active in responses.
