In Nizhyn, a woman was fined 140,000 UAH: published data on the movement of CCC.

In the Chernihiv region, a woman was fined 140,000 hryvnias for disseminating information about the movement of military commissariat employees. This was reported by the Poltava CCC and SP, referring to the court decision.
The investigation established that a resident of Nizhyn, located in the Chernihiv region, was discussing in a local chat the movement of military personnel conducting mobilization activities.
The court's verdict states that on May 6, she published at least three posts about the location and movement of military commissariat employees.
«Towards the market seven greens, writing out», «Near the Star», «Maybe it was, but I didn't see it with my own eyes», - her publications said.
She also published photos of the military. The court decided that such actions interfere with the activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and issued a sentence - a fine of 8,236 non-taxable minimum incomes of citizens, which is 140,000 hryvnias. Also, the material evidence - a mobile phone, was confiscated to the state budget.
Recall that in Ivano-Frankivsk, the court sent a man to arrest who helped his son escape from military commissariat employees. The man will be in custody until October 18, 2024. It is noted that the man who blocked the car with conscripts in Ivano-Frankivsk and helped them escape was informed of suspicion of committing a criminal offense. The suspect will await sentencing in custody.
