NATO made an important statement about helping Ukraine and its membership in the Alliance.


NATO fully supports Ukraine, said the head of the Military Committee
The head of the NATO Military Committee Admiral Rob Bauer emphasized the unwavering support of Ukraine from the Alliance. "The Armed Forces of Ukraine have proven to the whole world that there is nothing they cannot do. All they need is our support, and they will have it. Not just now, not just during the war, but in the coming decades. Every day we become more and more interoperable, and one day we will stand shoulder to shoulder under the NATO flag. Ukraine deserves our unflagging support," said the military leader of the Alliance.
Bauer drew a parallel with the statement of his predecessor, now the President of the Czech Republic Petr Pavel, about the importance of strategic vision versus tactical events. He emphasized that this is exactly the approach Ukraine is demonstrating today.
The admiral also drew attention to the complex global situation, characterizing it as a "storm" in the security sphere. He emphasized the need to distinguish between tactical and strategic aspects, random and systemic phenomena, as well as short-term actions and their long-term consequences. According to Bauer, only such an approach will allow NATO to effectively predict threats and respond to them adequately.
Let us remind you that earlier dictator Putin declared a war with NATO, saying that long-range strikes of Ukraine on Russia would change the "nature of the conflict".
