Ukrainian natural gas consumers were informed about an important service provided by the specialists of 'Gazmerez' in preparation for the upcoming winter cold. It will cost around 360 UAH and will help avoid unnecessary expenses in the future. This is mentioned in the press release of the Kharkiv city branch of 'Gazmerez'.

As noted by the company, citizens should take care of the reliable operation of household appliances as early as summer.

Gazmerez specialists offer the opportunity to inspect gas appliances. This includes adjusting the operation of stoves, boilers, and water heaters.

This will help prevent potential problems with household appliances and avoid unnecessary expenses related to them.

“In June, almost 900 families in the region ordered inspections and adjustments of their stoves, boilers, and water heaters from gas workers of the Kharkiv branch of 'Gazmerez'. This is how people prepare for the upcoming winter cold, preventing possible breakdowns of household appliances and unnecessary expenses associated with it...” - the company reported.

According to the legislation, the responsibility for the maintenance and functionality of gas appliances in the home is assigned to the owners of apartments or private houses.

How much does the service cost and how to apply

As reported by Gazmerez, the total cost of servicing all gas appliances in the house may vary, as it depends on their quantity.

In particular, about 360 UAH will include the following services:

• cleaning the stove;
• adjusting its burners;
• lubricating the appliance elements.

Citizens can apply for services from Gazmerez in two ways:

• at all customer service centers;
• during the gas workers' operations on the networks in high-rise buildings.

Previously, we wrote that the payment for gas distribution does not include costs for repairs of building communications. Technical maintenance of gas pipelines owned in common will cost from 100 to 900 UAH.
