Ukrainian singer and actress Antonina Matviyenko recounted how she became a victim of aggression from a Bolt taxi driver. The woman noted that the driver started to behave rudely and express inappropriate remarks due to her refusal to close the window because of a draft. Even after contacting law enforcement and filing a complaint with the police, the cameras and witnesses of the incident were not found.

'On June 30, I became a victim of aggression from the taxi driver. From the very beginning of the trip, the driver behaved disrespectfully: when I asked him to close the window due to the strong draft, he reacted with obvious rudeness. At first, he ignored my request, and later allowed himself to make inappropriate remarks, refusing to cooperate. He claimed that he wouldn’t close the windows because it was hot outside and he was feeling warm. He ignored basic rules of politeness and consideration for the passenger's comfort,' the singer explained.

The detained taxi driver turned out to be a local resident aged 63, and a criminal case has now been initiated. This incident became just one of a series of controversial events involving Bolt taxi drivers. Previously, taxi drivers refused to transport military personnel and fulfill rides due to various circumstances in different cities, causing significant public outrage.
