Supermarkets changed vegetable prices at the beginning of autumn: how much cucumbers, tomatoes and peppers cost.


Prices for some vegetables have changed for Ukrainians at the beginning of autumn, reports the Minfin portal.
At the beginning of September, prices for cucumbers, tomatoes, and peppers slightly changed. Some varieties of cucumbers have gotten cheaper, but overall vegetable prices are still higher than before. Tomatoes are getting more expensive, while yellow pepper has become more affordable for consumers.
In particular, cucumbers have fallen in price from 65.20 UAH/kg to 57.99 UAH/kg.
Red tomatoes have risen by 2 hryvnias, and pink tomatoes have increased in price from 53.99 UAH/kg to 63.40 UAH/kg.
Yellow pepper has become more affordable, its price is 110.52 UAH/kg.
We remind you that Auchan, Metro, and Varus have changed the prices for sausages and cheese in September.
