Sumy Theatre ends the season due to danger

The Sumy National Theatre named after Shevchenko has decided to close the theatre season earlier due to the danger in the region, reports 'Glavkom' citing a statement from the theatre.

As a result, the following performances will not take place:

  • 26.06 – 'Alice in Wonderland';
  • 27.06 – 'Much Ado About Nothing' by the Luhansk Regional Academic Ukrainian Musical Drama Theatre;
  • 04-05.07 – 'Shadows of Forgotten Ancestors'.

The theatre announced that the funds for tickets to the canceled performances will be refunded, while all other performances will proceed as scheduled.
