Sybiga unexpectedly addressed the countries that did not participate in the first Peace Summit.

The Foreign Minister calls for an expansion of the participants of the Global Peace Summit
Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiga appealed to the international community to expand the circle of participants for the upcoming Global Peace Summit. The head of the Ukrainian foreign policy department published his appeal on the social network X.
He emphasized that the Peace Formula is the only way to achieve comprehensive, fair, and long-term peace. Sybiga noted that all states, leaders, and organizations that sincerely strive for the restoration of peace can participate in the summit.
There is no alternative to the Peace Formula; it is the only way to achieve comprehensive, fair, and long-term peace.
The Minister recalled that 94 participants signed the final communiqué after the first Peace Summit, which took place in Switzerland on June 15-16.
At the Global Peace Summit, three key points of the Peace Formula proposed by President Volodymyr Zelensky were discussed. Among them were nuclear security, food security, as well as humanitarian aspects such as prisoner exchange and the return of Ukrainian children illegally taken to Russia.
According to the Minister, the current situation is not an interstate conflict but a colonial aggressive war of one country against another. He believes that to force the aggressor to peace, it is necessary to create a global diplomatic front.
President Zelensky set the task of holding the second Peace Summit this year.
