Intelligence Reveals Data on Russian Drone Manufacturers.

The Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense has begun creating a new section on the War&Sanctions portal dedicated to Russian manufacturers of weapons and military equipment.
The section started with the publication of data on UAV manufacturers from Russia. It includes identification data of companies, descriptions of their activities, lists of related companies, and nomenclature of UAVs, the Main Directorate of Intelligence reported.
The section provides data on 79 Russian enterprises that cooperate in the production and supply of UAVs for the war against Ukraine. Among them are companies developing the Shahed-136 UAV - 'Geran' and 'Harpia', as well as the group of companies Zala Aero, manufacturers of the 'Orion' and 'Altair' UAVs.
Representatives of the Main Directorate of Intelligence stated that the section will be constantly updated and expanded with other categories. The next category will include missile manufacturers. At the same Time, the GUR emphasized that all individuals committing war crimes against Ukraine will be punished.
It is worth mentioning that Russia has begun the production of a new drone 'Harpia-A1' with a larger range. Chinese parts and engines are used for its creation.
It has also been reported that Russia, despite sanctions, continues to expand the production of 'Shahed' drones. One of the Russian factories located in the special economic zone 'Alabuga' manufactured 5760 'Shahed' drones from January to September 2024.
