The Ukrainian Navy reported that the Russians are using various air defense systems, such as the S-500, S-400, and S-300, to protect the Crimean Bridge.
This was stated by Navy spokesman Dmytro Pletenchuk during a telethon.
"The temporarily occupied Crimea is saturated with various air defense systems because it has both pragmatic and symbolic significance for the occupiers. They venerate both the Crimean Bridge and Crimea itself," he explained.
Pletenchuk noted that currently, personnel recovery, training, and replenishment of units of the southern group of Russian troops are being conducted on the territory of the Crimean Peninsula.
