Russians are wiping it off the face of the earth: the AFU told about the situation in Sudzha.

The Ukrainian troops reported that the Russians continue to shell and bomb the city of Sudzha in the Kursk region, which is controlled by the AFU. Russian bombers targeted a kindergarten and also shelled houses in the city's private sector. Although about 5,000 local residents have been evacuated, about two hundred civilians remain and receive assistance from the military.
The Ukrainian military commandant's office has set up water supply in Sudzha to provide the local population with drinking water. Previously, this problem was solved with the help of water trucks.
Military doctors provide medical assistance to the residents of Sudzha who need treatment. NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg confirmed the legality of the AFU's operation in the Kursk region, where Ukrainian troops have advanced in some directions and control certain territories. The Russian government is creating new volunteer territorial defense units in response to the AFU incursion.
According to the Institute for the Study of War's estimates, Ukrainian military forces are preventing advances in the Kursk region and trying to maintain control over individual areas they recently liberated.
