The Pension Fund will finance payments for January 2025
The Pension Fund of Ukraine has announced that it is starting to finance payments for January 2025. The PFU press service has released this information. Ukrainians will soon receive social payments in the new year. Already at the beginning of the year, 11.5 million hryvnias were allocated for the payment of sick leaves that fall on January 1.
The financing of pension payments is planned to start on January 2. Also, on the first day of the new year, 23 thousand services were provided to individuals who applied to the Pension Fund of Ukraine.
The PFU reminds that in 2024:
- 736.4 billion hryvnias are allocated for pension financing;
- 39.4 billion hryvnias for housing subsidies and benefits;
- 33.6 billion hryvnias for insurance payments, of which 19.9 billion hryvnias accounted for the payment of sick leaves.
