'Despite the restrictions, current Ukrainian legislation provides for a number of exceptions. These exceptions allow certain categories of men to temporarily leave the territory of the country,' emphasized the lawyer.
The group of individuals allowed to exit includes citizens who are unfit for military service, workers in culture, cinema, media, and others. Necessary documents are required for travel, including a military ID and confirmation of classification into the relevant category of individuals.
