Overview of real estate prices: where in Ukraine the most expensive housing is at the end of 2024.


According to the OLX Real Estate research, the cost of housing in Ukraine has increased since the beginning of the Russian invasion, especially in the western and safer regions.
One-bedroom apartments in new buildings
The highest prices in the primary real estate market were recorded in Lviv (67.3 thousand dollars), Uzhhorod (64.8 thousand dollars), and Kyiv (61.7 thousand dollars). Rivne (55.2 thousand dollars) and Dnipro (52.8 thousand dollars) also made it to the top 5 regions with the highest prices.
Secondary market for one-bedroom apartments
The most expensive one-bedroom apartments on the secondary market are offered in Kyiv (67.8 thousand dollars), Sofiivska Borshchahivka (53.7 thousand dollars), and Lviv (49.9 thousand dollars). Irpin (42.8 thousand dollars) and Vinnytsia (40.9 thousand dollars) also made it to the top 5.
Private houses
The highest prices in the private housing market are observed in Kozyn (946.6 thousand dollars), Kodosivka (293 thousand dollars), and Kyiv (198.5 thousand dollars). Hatne (164.6 thousand dollars) and Lviv (163 thousand dollars) also made it to the top 5 regions with the highest prices.
Analysts note that the war has significantly impacted the real estate market: housing prices have increased in western regions and decreased in the cities of eastern Ukraine. However, Kyiv and its suburbs remain among the most expensive regions in the country.
