New assistance for IDPs: who will receive subsidies for rented housing.

The government provides subsidies for housing rent for internally displaced persons
Ukraine has launched a project that provides subsidies for renting housing for internally displaced persons (IDPs) in order to financially support those who have to rent housing due to the war and have no other living options.
The right to a subsidy is granted to IDPs who spend more than 20% of their income on rent. This applies to citizens who were displaced due to hostilities or temporarily occupied territories, as well as those who lost their homes due to the war and whose destruction or damage is recorded in the State Register of Property.
The program is designed to support those who find themselves in difficult housing conditions without their own housing.
Participants in the program who rent out housing for temporary residence can receive compensation for part of the taxes, such as personal income tax, single tax, and military tax on rental income.
This experimental government project aims to improve the lives of internally displaced persons who are forced to rent housing in conditions of war and socio-economic difficulties.
It is very important to submit documents for receiving subsidies on Time. Do not delay this to receive assistance in a timely manner.
