National Guard: Russians Actively Use Fiber Optic Drones in Urban Combat.

The Russian Occupation Army Intensifies the Use of Drones at the Front
The National Guard reported that the Russian occupation forces on the front are increasingly using fiber optic drones. According to the spokesperson of the National Guard of Ukraine, Ruslan Muzychuk, the enemy is learning to employ drones and is already frequently using them in areas of urban development, close to combat actions, particularly in the Toretsk and Kup'yansk directions.
However, the deployment of drones is no longer the greatest threat on the front line. Russian military forces also have an advantage in the air. According to Muzychuk, this allows them to attack Ukrainian positions and frontline settlements using 'a cheap alternative to the enemy's cruise missiles.' These drones have a shooting range of 40 to 60 kilometers and they are launched to avoid the area of Ukraine's air defense.
According to the National Guard spokesman, the number of artillery shellings per day can reach hundreds, and the use of cruise alternative munitions (KABs) can be even higher.
