In Khmelnytskyi region, a man leaked information about the activities of the TCC - what punishment.


In the Khmelnytskyi region, a 48-year-old resident of the Shepetivka district actively spread information online about the movements and locations of military personnel of the territorial recruitment and social support centers. He was
found guilty.

Details of the case
According to the investigation, the man had been actively operating in a closed online community since September of last year. He not only used the information published there, but also independently recorded and published locations where representatives of the TCC and SS were conducting mobilization activities.
The court found him guilty under Article 114-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine - 'Interference with the lawful activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations'.
The convicted was sentenced to five years of imprisonment with a probation period of one year.
The prosecutor's office notes that this is already the seventh similar verdict in the region since the beginning of 2025. All convicted individuals are residents of the city.
It is worth recalling that in Rivne, a local resident was found guilty of unlawfully disseminating information about the locations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine units. The man was brought to criminal liability for actions that could jeopardize the safety of military personnel and complicate the execution of defense tasks.
And in Zaporizhzhia, a woman justified Russian aggression and spread information about the AFU. She was also brought to criminal liability.
As a result of the court ruling, the 48-year-old resident of the Shepetivka district was sentenced to five years of imprisonment with a probation period of one year for illegal activities that interfere with the work of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This is just one of numerous such cases that have begun to be revealed in various regions of Ukraine.
