Wet snow and icy roads: weather forecasters warned of dangerous weather in Ukraine.

Ukraine is preparing for significant weather changes with rain and wet snow, according to Ukrhydrometcenter.
Significant changes will be especially noticeable in western regions, as well as in the Zhytomyr and Vinnytsia regions.
According to forecasters, on November 13, western regions of Ukraine, together with the Zhytomyr and Vinnytsia regions, will receive precipitation in the form of wet snow. Freezing rain is expected on the roads, with particularly dangerous conditions in Zakarpattia and the Carpathians. The air temperature will vary from 2° below zero to 3° above zero, and in the Carpathians it may drop to 5° below zero.
The rest of the territory of Ukraine will remain precipitation-free at night, but most regions will receive light rain during the day. The temperature regime will be moderate: at night from 3° above zero to 2° below zero, during the day 1-6° above zero. The southern regions will be warmer: at night 0-5° above zero, during the day the temperature will rise to 4-9°.
In the capital on November 13, no precipitation is expected at night, but light rain will fall during the day. The air temperature in Kyiv will be 0-2° above zero at night, and around 5° during the day. According to the Central Geophysical Observatory named after Boris Sreznevsky, the historical maximum for this day was recorded in 2010 — 15.8° above zero, and the minimum — in 1993, when the temperature dropped to 13.2° below zero.
On November 14, the weather will continue to deteriorate. Throughout the country, except for the southern part, light rain with wet snow is expected. Only in Zakarpattia and the foothills, precipitation will stop during the day. In the Carpathians, there will be light snow. The air temperature will not change significantly, and in the south and in Crimea it will be the warmest — up to 12° above zero.
