The commander of the 'Svoboda' battalion spoke about the main problem of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at the front.

The infantry of the Armed Forces of Ukraine at the front lines suffers from artillery shelling by the enemy. The commander of the 'Svoboda' battalion, Petro Kuzyk, named this problem as one of the main issues for the Ukrainian army at the front. He said this on the program 'News Factory'.
"There are several serious unresolved issues, starting with enemy artillery that shells our positions with impunity. This requires a solution. The second problem is that we were not prepared for the volume of enemy aerial resources and weapons. Therefore, we need electronic warfare (EW) means. The state has very few of them, volunteers mainly bring them to us. We provide quite strong defense, but the enemy inflicts serious damage. And the third problem is their UAV reconnaissance system 'Orlan', 'Zala', and so on. We have only now learned to shoot them down, but these are still isolated cases. Therefore, it is necessary to 'blind' their artillery, then in principle we can work," Kuzyk explained.
According to the commander, the main task at the front is to preserve the lives of soldiers. For this, electronic warfare and counter-battery warfare means are necessary. They will help increase the chances of infantry survival at the front line several times over.
Earlier, a Ukrainian agent operating within Russian ranks stated that Russia's losses in the Pokrovske direction are catastrophic.
There was also a report on the positive dynamics of the destruction of Russian targets by drones.
In addition, Ukrainian military forces struck a fuel and lubricant storage facility in the vicinity of the city of Rovenky in the temporarily occupied territory of the Luhansk region.
