Kolomoisky learned that he is no longer a citizen of Ukraine. And went against Zelensky.

The Supreme Court refused to consider Igor Kolomoisky's lawsuit against President Volodymyr Zelensky. Kolomoisky tried to cancel the Decree on the loss of Ukrainian citizenship, but the court rejected his claim.
The court found that Kolomoisky did not submit an application for an extension of the term to appeal to the administrative court and claimed that he did not know about the Decree until it became known in the detention center. However, the court questioned this evidence, as the media and deputies had already written about Kolomoisky's loss of citizenship.
It was also found that Kolomoisky's lawsuit did not include his electronic case participant account. The court granted Kolomoisky ten days to correct this deficiency.
Recall that in July 2022, President Zelensky deprived Kolomoisky and others of their citizenship. This decree is classified. Because of this, Korban and Kolomoisky filed lawsuits against Zelensky.
Kolomoisky is accused of misappropriating funds from the "Naftokhimik" enterprise, money laundering, and obtaining illegal profits through foreign banks.
