A group of congressmen from the Congressional Ukrainian Caucus appealed to President Joe Biden to lift restrictions on Ukraine's use of long-range weapons for strikes on military targets in Russia. This was reported by the Voice of America's correspondent in the Pentagon, Ostap Yarysh.
