For non-fulfillment of official duties by a serviceman, violation of military discipline or public order, disciplinary responsibility is provided. In this case, a soldier may be partially or completely deprived of the bonus.

Types of disciplinary penalties
Depending on the composition and circumstances of the violation, a serviceman may face:
- warning;
- reprimand;
- severe reprimand;
- deprivation of the next release from the military unit (for conscripts and cadets);
- written warning about incomplete official compliance (except for ordinary conscripts);
- demotion;
- demotion in military rank by one degree (applies to sergeant and officer personnel);
- demotion in military rank with transfer to a lower position (for sergeant (non-commissioned) personnel);
- dismissal from military service due to service non-compliance (except for conscripts, mobilized individuals, those serving under the direction of officers, as well as reservists during training).
How much is deducted for a reprimand
A serviceman who has received a reprimand or other disciplinary punishment may have deducted:
- 10% of the established monthly bonus amount — in case of one reprimand;
- 20% — for one severe reprimand;
- 40% — in case of two reprimands/severe reprimands;
- 50% — for three reprimands/severe reprimands.
In what cases will the bonus not be paid at all
Defenders may be deprived of bonuses in the following cases:
- failure to report for duty without good reason;
- consumption of alcoholic beverages in the unit or arriving at duty in an intoxicated state;
- bringing to responsibility for committing military administrative offenses;
- violating established requirements that led to material losses;
- warning about incomplete official compliance, demotion, lowering of military rank or deprivation thereof, etc.
Disciplinary penalties are imposed no later than 10 days from the day the commander learned of the violation, and in case of an official investigation - within a month from the day it ended.
A serviceman has the right to appeal the disciplinary penalty to a senior commander or go to court to challenge the penalty within a month from the Time it was imposed.
