The State Statistics Service has announced that statistical and financial reports for enterprises and organizations can be submitted again after this process was halted due to martial law.

The bill that provided for these changes was supported by the Verkhovna Rada. The head of the State Statistics Service, Arsen Makarchuk, noted that this will help collect complete data for quality statistics, fulfill Euro-integration obligations, and form effective state policies. Additionally, this will mean a gradual return to the previous level of data, which was limited due to martial law.

'The resumption of reporting is a strategically important step for Ukraine,' emphasized Makarchuk.

This decision will contribute to the adoption of more informed decisions by government authorities, will enable businesses and the scientific community to use official data for analysis, and will help fulfill international obligations in the field of statistics.

Summary

The resumption of the submission of statistical and financial reporting is important for ensuring high-quality official statistics, fulfilling international obligations, and forming state policies for the recovery of the country and the economy.
