Ukraine has appealed to the Permanent Council of the OSCE to convene a special meeting to respond to terrorist attacks by Russia on the civilian population. Yuriy Vitrenko, Ukraine's permanent representative to international organizations, reported this.
'We are seeking ways to peace, but this is only possible through pressure on the aggressor state. This must happen at every international forum. In light of the ongoing Russian terrorist acts against life, a special OSCE meeting will be held tomorrow at Ukraine's request,' he noted.
Vitrenko also recalled President Volodymyr Zelensky's words that 'ending the killings is the main task.'
'We cooperate with international organizations based on the commonality and clear stance of our partners,' he added.
